I tried to manually deleting it but that never solved it nor repairing mincraft

- ive already tried reinstalling Minecraft a few times

- ive updated java to latest version

- and I don't have ByteFence.exe

please help me refer to what your suggesting me to do in the website if possible

Hmm and you still get the error "unable to delete corrupt file"?

yep, yet it can still play regular Minecraft w/o error its just with forge it only displays that error message

Reboot in safe mode. See if you can delete it then.

I did try to delete it but this is all I got:
