I bough the minecraft premium today and i wanted to run on it my old minecraft from nonpremium. I chose minecraft 1.5.2 (that was my old minecraft version) and i chose my old .minecraft folder(I have backup of it). First time it crashed, but secondly it runned, i had my saves, but there weren't my mods. I thought it's maybe because of forge, so i tried to install new version of it, but i don't know exactly how. It's old version of minecraft (1.5.2) and forge has updated, and because of old version there aren't any tutorials. I installed it myself, in menu of choosing version appeared 1.5.2 forge, but every time when i want open minecraft with that (I made new folder and i pick it) it just crashes every time. While installing forge i need to pick folder, but i don't know which one. When i tried to pick my old .minecraft folder there was an error. Can you help me? Thanks.
Do you have a crash report? There is little that can be done without one; it should be located in .minecraft\crash-reports (possibly multiple files, use the latest one). Open the file and copy the text, then paste it into a spoiler.
However, are you using the correct version of Forge (downloaded from here)? Also, make sure that you are using a separate game directory (you can edit a profile to change it) or you have deleted the "options.txt" file as otherwise 1.5.2 will crash (note the crash message given, "java.lang.NullPointerException...", if you see the same stuff after it this is the issue) due to loading invalid settings if a newer version was run in the same folder.
Also, if you were previously playing 1.5.2 and were unable to play any later version (e.g. 1.6) it is likely that you were using a much older launcher which also used a completely different directory structure for the .minecraft folder (they updated it for the 1.6 release while many cracked launchers did not update and/or the newer launcher is harder to crack; if you see a "bin" folder inside of .minecraft which includes "miencraft.jar" you were using the old launcher. From what I've heard, some mods, at least ones that use ModLoader, do not work properly with the current directory structure; a 3rd party launcher like MultiMC may be able to fix these issues. The Forge installer may also have issues as it may be expecting a minecraft.jar in the aforementioned bin folder, though I assume they updated at least 1.5.2 for the newer directory/version structure).
1 Yesforge is from this site, i used recomended one
2 There's a crash when i want to run 1.5.2 forge from my old minecraft, and when i want to run 1.5.2 forge minecraft from new created folder it stops working. \

3 I' ve got my version with bin, but everythin except mods work, i also tried to create other folder with minecraft 1.5.2 but it also doesn't work
This looks like the issue I mentioned about 1.5.2 crashing when run in the same game directory as a newer version; as mentioned before you need to either change the game directory in the profile (you can just add a name to the end of the default path; e.g. I have directories ending in .minecraft\TMCWv4 and .minecraft\Testing) or delete "options.txt" from the .minecraft folder (you could also edit it but it is probably best to delete it as many of the settings won't be recognized anyway):
Also, 1.5.2 was not written to recognize a non-default directory (see MCL-2568 1.5.2 Won't launch into alternate directory; the option to set a directory was not implemented until 1.6 and older versions were never updated) so it is probably better to run newer versions in a separate directory than change the one that 1.5.2 runs in (is you play more than one other version I suggest using separate directories for each one; the latest version can be updated within the same directory).
With MultiMC, you just setup a 1.5.2 instance, you select the Forge version you want with the 'Edit Instance' button, it will download the Forge version you choose after you do so from the 'Install Forge' button, put your mods into the mods folder after you have a successful 1.5.2 instance setup though. Obviously, coremods and mods still apply here like normal 1.5.2 with Forge.

I downloaded MultiMc I paste there all form my old folder. There are saves but there aren't mods, do i need to download forge there?
