which after a quick google search seems to indicate either you don't have a graphic card that can use Opengl or that you don't have suitable drivers installed capable of Opengl
I can see that you are using Windows 10... would you know if you updated from a previous windows version to Win 10.. or if this was a full installation from new ??.I have read that sometimes on window upgrades (eg Win 7 to Win 10) that during the upgrade the wrong drivers could be installed.. maybe this has happened ??
In these situations I've also seen other posters request a Directx report - which (I guess) would show what type of graphic card you are using & what drivers for it you have installed
Say something silly, Laugh 'til it hurts, Take a risk, Sing out loud, Rock the boat, Shake things up, Flirt with disaster, Buy something frivolous, Color outside the lines, Cause a scene, Order dessert, Make waves, Get carried away, Have a great day!
