I have had a vanilla Minecraft server for a while now, and it has worked fine. Recently, for some reason, I keep getting stuck and I end up not able to move. This is getting fairly annoying and I can not find a fix on google. Please help me out, the clip of the bug is below. .

Update to 1.13 or relog.
I did relog, and sometimes it fixes it, others it does not. Is there no fix for this I'd really rather not use 1.13?
The fix is in 1.13. Older versions don't have the fix, that's why they're old...
