I've been having this problem with a few games now, but I'm here just for Minecraft.
The game keeps looking like it's almost tearing, and not the normal tearing you get with Vsync or whatever, because I've not seen anyone else talk about it.
I've had the glitch since I went to Windows 7 and I've tried a bunch of things. (Re-installing, changing all the settings, re-installing my drivers and restarting my computer.)
So I was wondering if anyone could help me out, if so it would be very much appreciated.
P.S. If you want me to get a Video clip of it I have one, I just have no clue how to attach it.

Moderatorif you are getting screen tearing in multiple games then its not a minecraft issue, but a case of your computer and display
It's only happened in one other game so far, and that's FTL, but everything else is fine and it's really confusing me.
