So I decided today to reinstall minecraft, since my last time playing it was in early 2017, and when I try to login, (I already tried to reset my password) i'm shown this message: an error prevented your request from being processed
Now, i'm aware that this may be because of a ~mod~ , but I only used those launchers, the most famous at the time, and idk, am I perma banned? if not, how do I recover my account
