Long story short.. I got my little brother (this is his account), a new computer, downloaded Minecraft on it, and it doesn't launch. Posting specs here:
CPU + GPU: AMD Athlon 200GE with Radeon VEGA 3
RAM: 8GB 2666Mhz DDR4 in two sticks.
Sure, it's not the strongest computer in the world, but surely it can run minecraft? It have Ryzen and VEGA on it so it's not old or anything.
I can't post crash logs, because the game doesn't create any.
When I click the launcher it turns on the launcher as usual and as it needs to be, but whenever I click play, it closes the launcher.. but the game doesn't open. I looked in task manager and Java isn't open either.

On your .minecraft folder, open the crash-reports, open the latest file a send it here to us, so we can analyze what's happening.
