It's been years since I've bought the account, I have recently been migrating all my accounts (gaming or otherwise) to a new email. I lost the old one, but can still log in to my account.
I've gone to customer support numerous times trying to wrestle control back for my account but to no avail. I bought a card for the game from the store, I have no records for it. I can remember my security questions, I do not have access to the old email. Literally the only way, that I've been told by customer support, that I can get my account "is with the PIN from the prepaid card that I used to redeem the account". I asked if that means I should just buy another copy of the game, and have yet to hear back.
Can anyone offer any advice or help in any way? Please, I would rather not buy another copy.

Well, they can't help me if I dont have the pin number of a card that I used 5 years ago. So yeah. My account is un-recoverable. I don't even play it that much, I'm just bummed about the fact that they wont help me any further.
