I also see you seem to be trying to load 'Just Enough Items' & 'Not enough Items' together

I also see that nei is 'errored' (showing UCHIJEE instead of UCHIJA)
I could be mistaken (not used both of these mods) but it could be that you can't have both mods installed at the same time since they virtually do the same thing & may be conflicting with each other
I could suggest removing both mods & seeing if game crashes..
if it doesn't - try adding either JEI or NEI (not both) & try again
If it doesn't crash - try just the other mod (if you tried JEI - remove that & then try with NEI or visa versa)
if it doesn't crash - try both & if it does crash then you'll know you can't have both mods installed at the same time
If it crashes with just the ONE mod (JEI or NEI) but not with the other, then you'll know that there's a problem with that particular mod & you should either check you have the correct/updated version & if so - maybe you will need to contact the developer of that mod
EDIT: opps had a look & it does seem you now need both JEI AND NEI for minecraft version 1.11+
Looking back I see you don't have the latest JEI (you have jei_1.12.2-4.12.0.216 latest is 1.12.2-4.14.0.231) & you have 'Not-Enough-Items-1.12.2-Recommended' NEi when latest seems to be '1.12.2-2.4.2.240-universal'..
Maybe this is the problem ??
