I open up Minecraft. The launcher opens up seamlessly. Then I click play. The forge loading screen comes up, then says "not responding". I have tried upgrading Java and downgrading it. Same with Forge. I have also tried allotting more RAM for Minecraft, but that didn't work either. I have also made a new launcher. That didn't work. Any suggestions?
(I am using Forge 10.13.4 and Java 7 on Minecraft 1.7.10)

Literally nothing will work when using technology. Always remember that.
Ok, I think I've fixed it. It turns out that my disk bandwidth was SUPER overcrowded. I uninstalled a bunch of crapware that my computer had, and that really cleared the bandwidth up. So now it's working decently well.
