I just installed Minecraft on my "New" Computer and my 780ti is only running at the base clock of 324MHZ when it should be running at 1200MHZ. I am experiencing some stutter but otherwise ~50 fps. I've had this problem with other Nvidia graphics cards too. Does anybody know if this is an Nvidia, Java, or Minecraft Issue? Thanks.

Go into the nvidia control center and create a custom profile for minecraft.
Go to manage 3d settings, click the program settings tab, then click add.
Go to the minecraft launcher and choose it.
Then make sure to choose the "preferred graphics processor" for that program as either your gtx 780ti specifically if it is listed or "high
performance nvidia processor".
Make sure "maximum performance" on power management, and also "single screen performance mode" (if you only have a single monitor) are selected.
Click apply.
In minecraft, set FPS to unlimited.
