...I'm sorry i sorta find it a bit hard to believe...Because this is really brand new....its just...really hard to believe when my old computer can run it but not run it well and this is a new computer that cant run it at all....My apologies for sounding in such disbelief
you need a new computer as to upgrade that cpu properly will also require a new motherboard, and new ram for the motherboard, maybe a new case, and maybe a newer gpu as you don't have a dedicated one

I don't know if you can plugin an additional AGP/PCI graphics card, but as the specs are so low on your computer you may want to buy a new one with decent graphics. At least when you want to play modded MC you need to assign more memory to Java (despite the fact that the current graphic is "shared" and uses main memory as display memory).

Moderatoryou got lucky in the past, and as minecraft updates so do the requirements, your computers CPU is 10 years old, that is ancient in computing terms
O_O How do i update my CPU properly?

Geez its that bad?
Your computer doesn't have a proper graphics hardware, there's no decent windows 10 driver.
