Whenever I try to install 1.13 it displays "Unable to save download. swim5.ogg". I don't have any antivirus installed or any of that and I've tried deleting my Minecraft folder but I can't because it's corrupted

Looks like you have ByteFence.
Uninstall ByteFence.

I do not have ByteFence or any of the Incompatible software.
Post a HijackThis log.
Download it here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/files/2.0.5 beta/HijackThis.exe/download
Run HijackThis as Administrator, click on "I accept", then "Do a system scan and save a log file".
Then a text file will open. Copy everything, then paste it on https://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.
