I already emailed Mojang about this issue twice, and they were unhelpful, so I'm just gonna ask this here. If no one knows what to do that's fine. Sorry if this is in the wrong spot.

I can't get into my account because I don't remember my security questions. I made them when I was 12 and I'm guessing I put answers that didn't fit the questions, in an attempt to lock myself out in the future or something? I don't know, I wasn't very bright back then. So I totally blame myself haha.

I can't reset the questions because the link just redirects me to an error page that says this:

{"errors":{"answer1":"Required","answer0":"Required"}}

and I would just go to Mojang, except they need my transaction ID. There is absolutely 100% NO WAY for me to get the ID. I told them this and they just asked for the ID again... So would this mean I'm locked out permanently, unless I somehow get the security questions right?

Thanks guys, again, I know this isn't really the appropriate place for this kind of question, but I can't get help from Mojang. Really not happy with my middle school self!!
