Someone please help! My son plays Minecraft mostly on his Xbox one. He has the phone edition PC edition 360 and one. He really wants to get five nights at Freddys skins or unspeakable. And mods. I have tried everything and I cannot figure it out. And there’s also something wrong with his mojang account but I can’t contact anyone from Mojang! He has a Minecraft user name that he plays on and a Microsoft account. Every time I try to make a Minecraft account on the computer with the email associated with the user name he plays on Minecraft it says account already exists. But his username and nothing is linked to it when I sign into the account on Minecraft mojang says I need to buy the game it does not give me any options to find his actual username and player profile! Please someone help!

Curse PremiumAccount problems have to be handled through Mojang Customer Service. They are the only ones who can help. This forum is not run by Mojang.
