Can anyone tell me why some of my pistons go up and others stay down?
This is a cactus farm; when power is applied the pistons extend to stop them from growing; when i remove power, only some of them retract.
I have glass panes between each cactus to harvest them.
My assumption is maybe BUD power, but I don't even understand the concept; how can i fix this?

Thanks, are there other redstone bugs? For the life of me i can't get this torch to turn off when i send it a signal.
How short is the pulse? And any bugs are listed on the bug tracker.
Like 8 blocks...i can verify that the redstone going into the block lights up when the pulse is sent
Not the length of the wire, I'm asking about the pulse length.
