You ran out of memory. Allocate more memory to Minecraft, try -Xmx2G in your JVM arguments.

Thank you for your contribution Greymagic27. I used the second suggestion in the link for the JVM Arguments and 13.2 loaded instead of crashed. However, the lag was complete, fps was 0 and the game constantly freezes and unfreezes. It is unplayable.
Now when I try to load 13.1, I am warned that this will cause problems because my game (in complete lag) was saved in 13.2. What do I do now to go back to 13.1 so I can return to my world? If I erase the Save listed for today's date and put a copy of the game I saved earlier in the day in Saves, will 13.1 load normally as it did earlier today?
It should if your go back to 1.13.1 and restore your saves from backups.

Allocating more memory didn't help as I feared but was able to go back to 13.1 and can play on it. Thank you for not ignoring a dumb question.
