When trying to open a 1.13.1 Hardcore World to LAN I got the throwback in chat, 'unable to host local game.' The world has been opened to LAN with no previous issues on several occasions. This now happens in any world I try to open to LAN.
Steps taken to resolve:
Restarted computer
Logged out of Minecraft and back in
Reset Firewall to default settings and allowed Java and Minecraft
Reset Router and checked parental controls
Reinstalled Java
Reinstalled Minecraft
My partner is still able to host games on his pc with his Minecraft account and I am still able to join them. I transferred a save of the world to his Minecraft and he is able to host it and I am able to join it.
I would be grateful for any other ideas as what could be causing the issue and any way it could be resolved. Thank you.
