I just recenly bought an account for my cousins. Until now, they had to play with a pirated launcher so i decided to get them a legit account as these launchers looked very suspicious to me, malware-wise and all.
The account is fine, the game downloads from the site ok, it logs-in good, it starts perfectly. The problem comes when trying to pick a world to play or trying to make one. The game gets stuck in the "dirt screen" before it loads any of the "loading terrain" messages, the game locks up and does not progress further.
The most strange thing is that the pirated launcher worked perfectly (game-wise) at 60+ FPS with the 1.13.1 update and all. I then put the pirated launcher again and it launched without a hitch. I'd very much prefer if they could play the game legit so if anyone had a problem like this and could give me a hand with this situation, it would be really appreciated.
Before it is posted, i read the 1.13 FAQ thoroughly, many times. None of the solutions detailed there helped me at all and, like i said before, the pirate version runs smoothly.
Specs (As i can remember):
i7 processor, cant remember the model but it has a 1150 socket
32 gb DDR3 RAM
Windows 10
Java 64 installed (I checked ni case that could be the problem and installed last update anyway to be sure)
Radeon 4300/4500 512 MB (I think) Latest drivers
Again, the game runs very well, optifine or not. Iti s just something about the legit game install that is not working for some reason.
