Okay, from the beginning, Minecraft on my laptop has NEVER given me issues. I've had Optifine, no trouble, I've had mods, no trouble. Stands to reason Vanilla minecraft also worked.
A couple of days ago, I decided I wanted to try Millenaire again. It's a mod for villages, google it if you care. I got forge 1.12.2 after getting forge 1.12, and having that headache. Millenaire loaded. I started playing around with customizing a world, because I wanted a fairly flat world with biomes and bodies of water, but with only about 10 blocks of height difference. Needless to say, I was never quite happy with this, and after playing a bit here and there, I was basically rendering and deleting a world ever 20 minutes or so. Millenaire had been doing this weird thing where it would load up when I'd make a new world only if I rebooted minecraft. If I closed the world, deleted it, and immediately did a new world without also closing and reopening minecraft, Millenaire wouldn't boot up once the new world rendered. Then it stopped loading up period. I tried 3 times. Then, Minecraft wouldn't load up with Forge at all. I'd get a fully black screen, and minecraft 'not responding'. On Vanilla, I'd get Mojang, and then the whole thing would freeze and not respond. I tried being patient, as well, it never loaded. I tried everything I could think of, and have now done the following:
Deleted .minecraft - no change
Gave program a higher priority via task manager - no change
Installed the latest version of Java - No change
Uninstall and reinstalled Java - no change
Uninstall and reinstall Minecraft - no change
Create a new launch configuration and give it 4gb RAM instead of the default 1gb RAM - seemingly no change, but vanilla 1.12.2 did load maybe twice, but I could never get it to render a world.
Optimized my PC itself, deleting files and programs, defrag, disk clean up, told it to change all appearance options such as shadows and animations to 'best performance' mode - No change
I'm just at my absolute wits end. I can't get vanilla minecraft to even work properly on a laptop that HAS NEVER had any issues with even that. I can provide any specs needed, just ask, but really I have no clue what else I could possibly do, and I have no idea why it even started giving me problems.
The only program I even had on that list was Discord, and I disabled the overlay, opened minecraft, it managed fine until I tried to load that same world I tried to create earlier where it freezes on 'building terrain' or however it phrases it. So. Here: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/Tn2ZfqSrRX/
You have malware called "PremierOpinion" installed, remove it.

97% sure that was one of those 'click accept' screens on one of the things I was trying to do to fix Forge the first time. I remember accicentally auto-piloting one of them and cursing over it, but hoping it wouldn't be that bad. hahahahahahah it was
Thank you guys, getting rid of, downloading the thing above, and I'll be back here in a hot minute with hopefully good news.
fvdjksbn WE ARE A GO. Thank you so much I wanna die a little I've tried for the last two days on three separate occasions to fix this thing. I'm screaming.

Moderatorhave a look at https://minecraftirc.net/support-articles/known-incompatible-software/ and remove/uninstall as required.
if that doesn't work, post a HJT log
Download: https://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/files/2.0.5%20beta/HijackThis.exe/download
Run HijackThis as Administrator, choose "I accept", then "Do a system scan and save a log file". After a while a text file will open. Copy everything, put the log on https://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.
