"Latest version" should tell you everything. 1.13.2? I think is the latest.
I think I know why you are confused. I posted this in the "minecraft discussions" and the topic has been moved around a couple times by moderators into sections it didnt belong. This shouldnt be in the bedrock support section since its not the bedrock version. Moderators screwed that up.
Like the title says.
what device are you on? what is your render distance set to is it a realm or single player. Are you in teh latest edition? or in beta?
I am on an older xbox 1 and play on realms and mine works fine
Latest version. Single Player. on PC. Ive tried variable render distances and all video settings to the lowest possible.
Any other biomes I ahve no problem with even on higher settings. But travel around an ocean and it becomes unplayable.

I just told you. Version 1.13.2. Shouldnt be too difficult to read the numbers right?
1.13.2 was released just today with performance optimizations to oceans, so recheck whether you still have the issue.
