I recently bought a new gaming laptop and installed Minecraft on it. At first, it ran okay but something changed (I do not know what) and now I cannot play on a Multiplayer server. When I load the launcher, it works fine however when the program is trying to load to the lobby screen (where it says Singleplayer, Multiplayer, etc.) sometimes it will freeze and then crash. If it makes it to the lobby page, it will either crash on "logging in" or "loading terrain". I have tried countless options like the old launcher etc but I am stuck. I am trying to use 1.8.8

Fully uninstall java, including the java bundled with minecraft. Restart computer. Boot mine craft. If continues to error, please post crash log.
