Alright, so I recently got back into minecraft, and figured with my new upgraded pc and all it would be no problem whatsoever. This is not the case. I am getting lag, while its quite rare, I did notice the fps counter has changed and am wondering what it is and how I can change it.
As you can see below, the fps is split into two numbers. What I have figured is that my pc can handle to run the first number, but only displays the second. As I said, before I quit minecraft a year or two ago, this didn't exist. What usually happens is I will be in the nether, the first number will be 300+ but the second number will be lower than 40, and feels laggy. I know this is/should be fixable because I know for a fact my pc can handle this game.

That is not a vanilla counter, ask the mod makers.
It's optifine, but when I F3 in vanilla it still shows up like that.
Post a screenshot with F3 enabled.
