Let's cut straight to the point:

For a while now on different shader packs, when I look directly at any mob (and players) the screen freezes (except for one case but I'll explain later on) until I'm no longer looking at it. Except for chocapic13's shaders, which make the game look like instead of just freezing the screen. I haven't tested this with 1.13 yet but I could if needed, though many of the mods I use (and forge itself) have no 1.13 version yet, so it would be mostly vanilla with only Optifine.
