Not really sure where to post this, so I'm posting here.
I have an issue with logging into my account. I can no longer use my username to login, and must use my email. I have access to my email, nothing is wrong with it - that isn't the issue. The issue is that my email apparently was never verified, so I can't login anymore. When I go to verify it, it says that the verification link has expired. When I click "re-send verification email", it just takes me to the login screen. I can't log into my account because my email isn't verified. It's an endless cycle.
I can't contact customer support because I'm not the one who payed for my account. My dad purchased it because at the time, I didn't have a credit card that could be used for online purchases, so I can't provide my transaction ID.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to help with this?
