I just bout a new laptop, the w650kk1 from Eluktronics, and it runs minecraft on all "fast" settings at 50fps max. The laptop has an i5 6400, gtx 1050ti, 16gb ram and a 256gb ssd. I have done all of the Nvidia control panel fixes to use the 1050ti over the integrated, used optifine, increased ram to 8gb usable and yet the game still runs awfully. I have no idea what is going on and have had minecraft running amazingly well on all my other machines. Anyone know whats going on with my laptop? Nothing seems to be working... All other games run perfectly fine and within the average fps for desktops with the same specs. Im on the Java version 1.13.1
Side note: My cpu and gpu thermals are both below 65c. Thermal throttling is not the issue.

Post a screenshot with F3 enabled and your JVM arguments.
