I am playing java version 1.13, single player, vanilla, and I’m currently in a newly generated 1.13 area in my 5yr old game save (821mb currently). I’ve noticed that whenever I load up my game save recently, in an area I’m working in, I get the graphical glitch below (pic 1). Although I’ve seen these kinds of x-ray glitches from time to time, I’ve never seen one in the same spot – its always there when I load here. Standing in a diff position, exiting and reloading the game gives me a slightly diff shape area but still the same glitch (pic 3). If however, I leave the area so the chunk unloads then come back, or press F3 & A to reload chunks, the glitch disappears. What I want to know is should I be worried about this? I’m actually planning to build there, but is my game save corrupted somehow? If it is, can I fix it?
