Moderatorthe page literally tells you what you need...
you need to use cofhcore 4.3.10 - 4.4.0 , you have 4.5.2 installed
you need to use thermal foundation 2.3.10 - 2.4.0, you have 2.5.0 installed
and you need to install cofhworld 1.2.0 or higher, you don't have it at all
