Hello, for a week or so I've had a problem where Minecraft will have very low FPS, and after 5-10 minutes of playing, the entire game just breaks and has the FPS drop to 0 every 2 seconds.
I am running Minecraft on 1.13.1, but every other version I've tried has this problem still.
I have no idea what this could be caused by, since my computer can run basically any game on high settings.
My specs:
CPU: i7-7700k
RAM: 12gb
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580
I've tried Razer Cortex (released 1.7k MB of RAM, still doesn't work)
Post a screenshot with F3 enabled and your JVM arguments.
Remove Razer Cortex.

Say something silly, Laugh 'til it hurts, Take a risk, Sing out loud, Rock the boat, Shake things up, Flirt with disaster, Buy something frivolous, Color outside the lines, Cause a scene, Order dessert, Make waves, Get carried away, Have a great day!
You're almost out of memory, try allocating more memory to Minecraft, try -Xmx2G in your JVM arguments.

Does anybody have a solution for this? Thanks.

I've tried without Razer Cortex, still drops to 0.
Here's my debug screen.
