Can't seem to figure out what is wrong. I'm only trying to run forge for 1.12.2 and can't seem to get it to work. Any ideas? Can't seem to find it on the forums if it exists anywhere else. Let me know, thank you.

Got it fixed! Woo, thanks for the help guys, had to setup my PC recently. Should've went looking to find out which java version worked with minecraft. Next time I'll be sure to remember that java 1.8 is the way to go

Use Java 8.
