Up until a few days ago minecraft has been running smooth and without any problem what so ever. Now whenever I start my client and join a server everything appears to be normal until i get stuck at "joining world...." screen. People on the server I play on confirm that my character is in fact in game, but on my end I am stuck at "joining game..." and then it goes (not responding), with JAVA SE Binary not responding. I have deleted and reinstalled java (both 64 and 32), deleted minecraft (in the %appdata% too) and reinstalled everything, still with the same problem. If it does help I did download optifine a week and a half ago. Everything was smooth after I got optifine as well. The game also goes (not responding) a few times as well before I can go the single/multiplayer menu. If it does help I set my output log on and keep getting the same error so far, with little to no information.

I have tried various forms of troubleshooting as well as installing it on different hard drives and using the old launcher as well. Please help.
Follow up: After going over and following the support page I am still unable to to play. I still cannot make a survival world and I am still stuck at "joining world...." on my server as well as (Not Responding) on other servers. I am still getting the same exit code. At this point I do not know what to do. Please Help Me.
