I'm using minecraft java version on win 10, but it fails to download native launcher. I'll put the log file here. Please help!

Well, just now about when my clock hits 00:00 a.m 9/14 (UTC+8) the downloader suddenly woke up and started working, I don't know why, but my minecraft launcher is now good to go. Thank you Tails1 for your time spent helping me, though.
