The screen shot also shows you playing in 1.13 [notoriously laggy]. 1.13.1 is claimed to be better, but still lags worse than 1.12.x.
About 5-6 months ago.. I was able to play minecraft at about 80-100 FPS. But after the recent windows 10 update, my game stutters and the FPS is about
40-60.. and is not even stable...
My PC Specifications:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GT 740M
RAM: 4 GB
Also..I have uninstalled Geforce Experience...But the issue continues...
Please help me solve this issue...I Desperately want to play the Game.....

Comparing your computer's stats to those listed as minimum at https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/325948-minecraft-system-requirements the clock rate appears to be too low.

It also appears you are not using optifine which can boost performance (see http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding-java-edition/minecraft-mods/1272953-optifine-hd-c2-fps-boost-dynamic-lights-shaders ) [Beta versions are out for 1.13.1 ]
