My minecraft seems to stutter and it seems like there are lag spikes how do i fix this? i want the game to run smoothly no problem but i dont know how to fix this.

Disable GeForce experience overlay or other overlays for that matter.
Turn off mipmapping.

someone told me to try to change my 16gb ram down to 4gb?
