Im hosting a minecraft server through shockbyte and when ever my friend trys to join, this error happens. The server is on 1.12.2, everyone else who joins does not have this problem but when he trys to join, it happens. We made sure all the java platforms were allowing both private and public connecions, he has a windows computer. Anyone have any ideas? I put the image of the error as an attachment. it says Internal Execption : java.io.IOExcption: an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
Remember you are paying shockbyte for support aswell as the hosting, have you tried asking them why a server on there network is disconnecting someone for no reason?

I opened a support ticked but they take a while to respond, so I thought in the mean time, I would ask here.
