This is my first time posting any issue on here so don’t beat me up if I’m missing something just ask. He’s currently not online but if needed I can ask for any of his client logs you may need. Please help as he’s the only one getting this error. Version: 1.12.2
My server hoster is MCProHosting and I don’t know if this helps but this comes in dark red in the console when he joins:
he's getting timed out, so maybe his net is slow, or your hosting service is loosing the connection, you pay the hosting company for support aswell as hosting
The Error is as follows:
Disconnected
(Yes that’s all it says)

Thank you soooo much! I just submitted a ticket with support to see if there is anything they can do.
