I did my best to try to fix the error but I feel poorly equipped in knowledge, I tested my server with a different world and everything worked, I have a feeling that the world my family used had somehow corrupted, I want to avoid having us restart if there is a fix, but if there is none, I'll bite the bulllet and tell my mom and bro we have to start over, any help I would appreciate.

This is just a temporary signature

See https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-131071
Oh so it's a bug, welp, I'll have to wait for 1.13.2
This is just a temporary signature

Wouldn't count on that, if mcedit is updated to 1.13 try repairing the affected chunk with it.
