I currently have Mibecraft Java Edition 1.13.1..I'm playing on a Windows 10 laptop,and I was looking online for information on how to correctly install Minecraft resource packs. I've seen info saying to unzip the packs and put them in resource folder, and others saying to leave the packs unzipped while you put them into the resource folder. Which one is the correct way of installing resource packs?

Most resourcepacks come with installation instructions, follow them.
