I'm no expert but the mod you are trying to use is for 1.10.2 and from the look of it you're running 1.11.2 which is more than likely the issue.
Also 9minecraft.net is full of virus'! You are better off using minecraft.curseforge.com, its linked with Twitch and is extremely reliable.
You may not find that mod but there's loads of mods and modpacks to choose from.
