I can't join any 1.13.1 or 1.13 spigot OR vanilla servers.

Any fixes?

I get a error message:

It stays on loading terrain for awhile.

Then a error message

Internal Exception java.io.IOException: An existing conntection was forcibly closed my the remote host

(I didn't close it. Its hosted by Shockbyte multicraft)
