On a 1.13 world that I recently updated to 1.13.1, time is stopped. It is stuck at whatever time I set it to. I've already tried using commands, reloading minecraft, et cetera. Has anyone else had this issue and does anyone know a way to fix it. I really don't want to have to start my world over.

When this problem started occurring I was over 2 kilometers away from my house. In the screenshot I am at my house. So yes, the problem affects the whole world. And it isn't a graphical problem. Turning Mipmap levels off did nothing as expected because its the actual daylight cycle that's broken. It's eternally day.

Not 400. Don't get me wrong, I've got a lot of chickens, but I'd be surprised if the actual figure reached 200. It's not as though I haven't farmed in mass before either, and I've never seen anything like this. My house is always near spawn, too.

This is what appears in the log. It shows me trying to elicit a change using a few commands as well.
Post a screenshot with F3 enabled and your JVM arguments.
The JVM arguments for the profile, which I have never altered are as follows.
Here's the screenshot, too.
I am trying to necro this thread because I REALLY NEED THE HELP PEOPLE. Please!
Turn off mipmapping.
There are about 400 entities in that area, possibly a lot more? Do you have the same issue elsewhere in the world?

If your house is located in spawn chunks, going to a different part of the map won't unload that area, so how many entities are at your house?
