Hey! I used to install minecraft mods the manual way then I found this. I though it would be a great idea to do it. Then, we started running into problems. I have the latest version of Java. It started running the 1.11.2 launcher...... I looked down at the logo and it showed a java symbol? It shows the java symbol and I log into the "1.11.2" client. I have the latest minecaft client by the way. I was waiting then it said this.... Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Ignoring option PermSize; support was removed in 8.0Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Ignoring option PermSize; support was removed in 8.0Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ClassCastException: java.base/jdk.internal.loader.ClassLoaders$AppClassLoader cannot be cast to java.base/java.net.URLClassLoader at net.minecraft.launchwrapper.Launch.<init>(Launch.java:34) at net.minecraft.launchwrapper.Launch.main(Launch.java:28) I was confused. I try re-installing curse from my computer and re-launched twitch. I make a new profile and it does the same thing. I have no idea what is going on. I am TRYING to use the 1.12.2 client but it just won't work. I looked into my settings and I can't change it to Native Launcher. From here I started deleting all my twitch files and deleted the application. Nothing worked. Remember this worked when I did it manually. It was so strange. I started looking up tutorials and nothing that was helpful showed. It was working for everyone else but not me. I am running as an administrator. It says the install location is the minecraft file. I don't believe that. I have the cure folder in my documents and I have no idea why. Just please help!
it warning you about things being removed in java 8 makes me think you are not running java 8, minecraft ONLY supports java 8. try and OLDER version of java

What do you mean?
We need entire error logs, not random parts you think are important.
