just wondering why and if there is any issues or as Australians we just have to deal with it. Yesterday, Had a 50ISH meg download to update. My son wanted to play some Minecraft. It took over 2 and a half hours. We have the NBN which most sites overseas gives us between 1.8megs to 3 megs a second. Today we both joined in as it was too late to play last night and we had a 22 meg download. This took over an hour on my Desktop. and an hour and a half on my sons laptop. I am aware of bandwidth and etc issues, but are minecraft limiting Australian downloads, that is what it seems, I can update any other PC / Platform console at 3+ megs a second. 2 hours for a 50 meg, 1 hour 30 mins for a 24 meg is just a joke. Can someone explain what us Australians are being limited for?
