My FPS is locked at 60 and below, almost NEVER going above 60. Highest i’ve seen was 63 maybe. My computer is a brand new laptop - HP Spectre x360 (look up its specs). My max frame rate is at max fps and vsync is off (I’ve also tested it with the lowest possible settings and a complete void world. Still nothing). I believe I’ve dedicated 4G of ram (out of the 16G my computer has) and nothing’s working (That’s if I edited the JVM Arguments correctly). Can anyone help out? My old computer (Sony VAIO) was able to get much higher FPS and was much so much weaker in quality. It can no longer run MC since it always crashes. But can anyone help me with my Spectre? Thanks
Maybe it is because your screen is very high resolution and your laptop is using Intel UHD Graphics
Is there a way to change that or any way to possibly alter anything so I can play with FPS that I KNOW my computer can show? I’m sure an 8th gen i7 with 16g of ram can tank it’s way through it. especially being able to display 4k

Post a screenshot with F3 enabled and your JVM arguments.

It's been a while since I've played Minecraft, so the launcher is different than I remember. So maybe something there is different
