I have spent several years playing Minecraft on an iOS device (iPhone), but I recently downloaded Minecraft on my computer (Ubuntu). So I would like to transfer all my maps from my phone to my computer.
I have already watched many videos and posts on many different websites but they all explain how to do that with old PE maps or with an Android.
My phone has iOS 11.4 with Minecraft 1.5.2, and my computer has Ubuntu 18.04 with Minecraft 1.13.1.
I can plug my phone on my computer and access all my files. I have already tried to go to the worlds folder and copy/paste a world to my computer. Unfortunately, the world format isn't the same and my computer doesn't recognize it.
I didn't know if I had to post this here or on PE support forum. I am sorry if I am mistaking.

As you already figured Java edition is incompatible to other editions, hence the name.
Ok, thank you for your answer
Is it impossible to use a software to convert the maps ? Or to sign in with my mobile on my Mojang account and access to my maps with all my devices ?
You're on your own with a converter software, there is no official one. And no it's not possible.
And do you know some converters I could use to transfer my maps ?
No. As I said you're on your own. Tried Google?
No, not yet. I'm going to search one, and see if it works.
Thank you very much for your helpfull posts and your kindness !
