so I recently got my computer wiped clean and now id like to play Minecraft... but I cant launch the game

this is on the twitch launcher but I get basically the same thing for vanilla at one point I got it launch but I installed optifine and then it wouldn't lunch again no matter how many times I tried please help me!! (I cant figure out how to delete that so here is the vanilla normal launcher)
