I was playing minecraft on 1.13.1 just fine yesterday and now after restarting my pc, I can't load past the Mojang™ screen anymore

I've tried running it in capability mode, and I can only load past the Mojang™ screen in Vista (service pack 1) mode, but that makes my client incompatible for my multiplayer servers.

I've reinstalled latest java + Minecraft + restarting pc like the Mojang™ website suggests

After that, I tried running just any previous version of minecraft and most of them don't load unless I'm using an older, incompatible client.

What further steps should I be taking.

Still can't launch minecraft properly. Previous versions of java, including the recommended bundled version of Java (1.8.0_51) didn't solve this problem. I have completely removed all traces of minecraft from this machine and redownloaded, also tried this on previous versions of minecraft.

From the list of incompatible software, I had Hamachi and Discord installed, I've never had a problem with them before and the issues they DO cause for other people are in-game issues, but I uninstalled them anyway to no avail, going to be fun finding and re-installing an older version of Hamachi. I also removed any old remnants of Razer Synapse.

I was SURE that I didnt need to update my video drivers because I've done it so recently, but I did anyway because I can't think of anything else. After that frustrating process and restarting, Minecraft 1.13 or 1.13.1 will not load past the Mojang™ logo.

I really have no idea what else to do. I was playing minecraft just fine for the past two years with this new PC and up until the day I posted this I wake up and I have this issue. I didn't download any weird software or open anything malicious prior to this issue.
