I can't join any of my brother's worlds in any version, but he can join me. It shows up, but when I try to join, it says, "io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$ AnnotatedConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information:"
Here is what it said in the Minecraft game output:

For some reason my first post has (At this time) 114 views but ZERO replies. Some help would be appreciated. :/ kthxbai
mcafee and norton are both known to cause issues, and honestly they are not worth the money for them either, Avast or microsoft defender is fine along with careful internet practice

Okay, we might try Avast!, but does anybody have any suggestions for the settings in Norton?

P.P.S.
We can play together on servers.
If he can join your world, but you can't his, it's an issue with his firewall/antivirus.
Still gives me the error even after I disabled all the rules for Java AND the Minecraft Launcher on his computer.
Which antivirus is he using?
He was using McAfee, but it expired, so he uses Norton.
