*English isn't my native language, I may make some mistakes.
I installed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS to my old thinkpad, and after update & upgrade, I installed Minecraft from Ubuntu Software Centre.
I also installed openjdk 1.8.0_171.
Without any problems, the Minecraft launcher started, and Minecraft 1.13 started. Single play was OK, but when I tried multi play, despite the multi play server isn't dead, and my friend could connect to the same server, I couldn't connect the server.
The error said "Failed to Log in: The authentication servers curretly down for maintenance."
I checked Mojang server status, there was no probrem.
I tried ping to minecraft.net, auth.mojang.com, and authserver.mojang.com, and I could connect all of them.
Then, I searched about minecraft's multiplay auth problems, and I tried some solutions (e.g. change java version, change firewall settings, update certificates files...)
But this error still occored.
Does anyone know the solutions?
Do I need to open special port?
My Windows, and Ubuntu 16.04 PCs could connect to the server.
At my Ubuntu 16.04 PC, I checked the software's port usege with lsof -i command and gufw,
and I feel that 4445/udp port is moving when connecting, is this related?
