I put a question mark in the title, because it does not really act like it is stuck %100. The problem is, at random times(but very frequently) pressing "a" will delete everything in chat and pressing "v" will paste whatever was copied. The weird thing is, nothing gets highlighted like you would expect when the ctrl and "a" keys are pressed. And while this thing is happening, pressing the left or right arrows will not cause the writing line to move between characters but rather complete words. So in: "/give @a something" if I press the left arrow when the writing line is at the end, the line moves behind the "s". And if I press backspace, the complete words get deleted.
The problem only happens when I am writing in command blocks or writing a command starting with: "/". So I would guess the problem is about the new formatting with the commands. I tried writing code in older versions and I experience this only when I am coding in 1.13, so this would support the problem being about the formatting of the commands.
To locate if it is the game's problem or my computer's, I exited the game and started typing in a txt file as soon as the thing started to happen. And the problem was suddenly gone. Selecting another tab and selecting the minecraft tab again seems to fix the problem as well.
All of these facts lead me to believe that there is a problem with the 1.13 command formatting itself, but no one else seems to be experiencing this issue. So, I must ask, can anyone explain what is going wrong here?
EDIT: It happened while writing normally as well. Not only when writing code.
EDIT 2: I found out that for some reason, pressing the "alt gr" key for a long time is causing this problem. Still, only happens in minecraft 1.13 though.
FIX(kind of?): Well, not really a fix. I just stopped using alt gr and instead started to use ctrl+alt.
